At junction 49 (end of motorway) take the A483 signposted to Ammanford and Llandeilo. Pass through both towns. At the main roundabout as you leave Llandeilo take the 2nd exit. Approximately 50 yds on the left take the B4302 signposted Talley. After 7 miles through Talley village, the road bends sharply right. Exactly 3 miles from there is the track to Rhos Farm on the right. The sign is on a tree and the house can not be seen from the road. Follow the farm track through two gates until you arrive at the pink house.

Take the A40 to Llanwrda. Turn right on to the A482 singposted to Lampeter. Travel approximately 7 miles until you come to the Bridgend Inn on the left (just before the first petrol station on the right). Turn immediate left onto the B4302 signposted Talley. About 1 mile from that turning, having gone though Crugybar village, is the track to Rhos Farm on the left. The sign is on a tree and the house can not be seen from the road. Follow farm track through two gates until you arrive at the pink house.
